My soul is out of tune, but it holds on
The Ways I Express My Feelings
Saturday. 10 p.m. I’m writing this.
If you’ve made it this far, you’re about to discover my work with sound. Not the kind of sound that exaggerates empty emotions or scenes designed to manipulate the viewer. No. It’s just me in front of a screen, trying to hear what often goes unnoticed.
Every piece you hear is born from an image, a sequence, or a moment that needed a voice of its own. Sometimes they’re atmospheres. Sometimes they’re silences. Sometimes they’re echoes that linger long after a scene ends.
The textures change. Some seem strange. Others seem distant. Most venture into experimental territory. But behind every sonic detail lies something much simpler: an authentic intention.
Here, I’m not trying to appear as someone else. There are no characters. There are no disguises. Just fragments of stories transformed into atmospheres, frequencies, spaces, and movement.
You’ll hear the film from a different perspective, without me having to explain it directly. You’ll understand why each sound exists, why it was designed, and what I sought to convey within each sequence.
This work doesn’t seek to impress anyone.
It simply seeks to accompany the image.
And perhaps, in some corner of its silences and resonances, you’ll find something that stays with you as well.
